AIEEE 2012 Counselling Schedule ,Seat Allocation, Document Verification and Admissions


Important Points to Remember ::

  • The counselling will be made either on line or off campus or both depending upon the requirement and facilities or as decided by the Central Councelling Board CCB.
  • Verification of documents would be done at the time of counselling/admission.The following Documents need to be submitted :: Identification, Age, Qualifying Examination, State of Eligibility and Category of the candidate.
  • Note that Candidates hailing Reservation facility i.e, SC, ST, OBC and PWD will be required to produce original certificate issued by the competent authority at the time of counselling.

Here follows the AIEEE 2012 Counselling Process,Dates ::

  • ONLINE Registration, filling up the choice, Indicative seat availability (MOCK Counseling) and Locking :: 16-06-2012 to 25-06-2012 (Sat-Mon)
  • Locking facility :: 22-06-2012
  • First round of seat allotment [Check Allotment status on CCB website, download and print allotment letter]:: 27-06-2012
  • Second round of seat allotment :: 05-07-2012
  • Third round of seat allotment :: 12-07-2012
  • Fourth round of allotment :: 25-07-2012

After the Seat Allotment Candidates need to Report at reporting Centers RC  for getting their documents verified, payment of  initial fee, and obtaining the provisional admission letter from respective Reporting Center RC on the following Dates ::

  • For candidates allotted in first round ::  28-June-2012 to 02-July-2012 (Thu-Mon)
  • For candidates allotted in Second round :: 06-July-2012 to 10-July- 2012 (Fri-Tue)
  • For candidates allotted in Third round:: 13-July-2012 to 16-July- 2012 (Fri-Mon)
  • For Candidates allotted in Fourth round :: 25-July-2012 to 30-July- 2012 (Wed-Mon)
