CEEP 2011 Counselling Dates,Schedule,Seat Allotment

AP CEEP 2011 Admissions Notification Release. Certificate Verification Starts from 02-07-2011 to 05-07-2011.

Qualified Candidates of CEEP-2011 are informed that admission into polytechnic will be based on web counselling. Procedure of Web counselling and the other instructions can be had from the Help Line centres on the day of certification verification.

CEEP 2011 Qualified candidates and Non Qualified minority candidates who have applied to the Convenor based on SSC Marks are informed to attend for CEEP 2011 Certificate Verification in any one the Help line centres.

Original Certificates Carry to Certificate Verification Help Centres :

1. S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo,
2. IV to X Study certificate,
3. Income certificate issued after 01.01.2011 and Caste certificate issue by competent authority
4. PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority/Anglo India certificate if applicable.

The candidates of SC/ST Category have to pay Rs.150/- while OC/BC/BC/Minority candidates have to pay Rs.300/- towards processing Fee.

In addition, every candidate has to pay tuition fee, if any, prescribed by the Govt. The SC/ST/BC/Minority/PH and other category candidates (as ordered by the Govt. from time to time) are eligible for reimbursement of Tuition fee if parental income from all the sources is up to rupees 1 lakh per annum.

However, these candidates have to pay SBTET Recognition fee as prescribed.

CEEP 2011  Centratised Certificate Verification:

Ceritificate verification for PH,CAP,NCC,Sports & Games and Anglo-Indian category candidates will be held at Sankethika vishya bhavan, Masabtank, Hyderabad only as per the schedule given below.

Schedule for certificate verification for all locations(Except Visakhapatnam, Kakinada, Guntur, Nellore, Hyderabad):

Time: 9.00A.M to 5.00P.M

Schedule for Exercising Options:

On The Last Day of Schedule Options Last Exercised by you,will be frozen and you should take a Printout. If you wish to Change the Options Once again after freezing ,Aproach any one of the Help Line Centres on 11.07.2011 to Modify Frozen options.

CEEP 2011 Seat Allotment Details :

Allotment will be placed in Website on 14-07-2011 at 6.00 p.m : http://apceep.nic.in/

Enter the ICR Form Number,Hall Ticket Number,Password & Date of Birth to Login.

Download the Allotment Order & Challan form for Payment of fee.

Pay the Fees if any ,in anu Branch of Andhra Bank/Indian Bank.

Report to Polytechnic Concerned with Receipt of Allotment Order before 21-07-2011 at 5.00 p.m.

Failure of Report in may result in Cancellation of Seat.

Commencement of Class Work : 21-07-2011
