Position: Executive Trainees (Engineering Executive trainees & Executive trainees- finance)
No. of vacancies: 520 (UR-216,OBC-185,SC-71,ST-48)
Electrical-145 , Mechanical-175, Civil-60, Control & Instrumentation-100 ,Finance-40

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
a) Graduate Engineers (BE/B.Tech) from
Civil Engineering,Electrical & Electronics Engineering,Electronics & Communication Engineering,Mechanical Engineering,Instrumentation & Control Engineering,Electrical Engineering with Minimum 65% aggregate marks.
b) Financial professionals
CA, ICWA Qualified Candidates,those who expect their final results by 01.08.2011 may also apply
Age Limits:
Engineering Executive Trainee’s: Upper Age Limit: 27 Years
Executive Trainee Finance: Upper Age Limit: 29 Years
Pay Scales (Salary): Rs.24,900/- to Rs.50,500/-
Basic pay : Rs.24,900 During probation Rs.25,650/- After Completing Probation
Application Fee: Gen/OBC : Rs.500/- (SC/ST Candidates need not to pay any Application Fee)

Part1: Multiple choice questions of relevant discipline
Part2: Multiple choice questions on Executive aptitude
2. Group discussion
3. Personal interview

Is there any oppurtunity to get posting on expirience basis,since i am power plant engg in electrical stream.Could i get job in ntpc on direct interview.no written test.I am Asst engg in MAHAGENCO.
