Name of the Posts & Vacancies :
Management Trainee (Technical -408, Administration-72)
Maximum Age of the Candidates should not exceed 30 years as on 01-05-2012.
Eligibility Criteria :
MT (Technical) : Degree in Engg with 65% marks(55% for SC/ST/PWD and Departmental Candidates) in disciplines of Mechanical,Electrical,Metallurgy,E&T,Instrumentation,Ceramics & Chemical Engineering.
MT (Administration) : Bachelors degree in any discipline with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD and Departmental Candidates) with atleast two years full time MBA/PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks in HR/PM&IR/Pers /MHROD for HR and Production/Operations/Materials Mgmt. for Materials disciplines.
For MT -Finance : CA/ICWA
Selection is Based on the Written Examination followed by Group Discussion/Interview. Only Candidates Short-listed in Written Test will be called for GD/Interview based on the merit and No.of Vacancies available.
Pay Scale : Rs.20,600 - 3% – 46,500/-
Application Fee of Rs.500/- for Gen/OBC Candidates or Rs.100/- for SC/ST/PWD or Departmental Candidates to be paid through Pay-in-Slip Downloaded after Filling Online Application Form.
